This project is an Integrated Intervention Program that includes the remediation of an area and the construction of private and public residential buildings, a commercial platform, temporary housing for workers and students, underground parking, and an municipal park. The new development involves the construction of four private residential towers with 263 apartments, temporary housing for students with 150 rooms, a public housing building with 40 apartments, and commercial spaces. The park area will have a paved square integrated with public and commercial services located on the ground floor of the buildings.
