Construction Supervision
The Via Rizzoli social housing project is an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Milan 'Abitare a Milano III', which foresees the construction of residential housing for rent (by a public notice) with a future sale agreement, at social rates.
 
The project consists of:
 
  • Project area: 10,919 square metres
  • Housing S.L.P. (gross floor area -art. 10 R.E.-, gross of the area assigned to non-conventional F.C.R.): sq.m 8,189
  • Services (supplementary services to the home + services of public interest on a local and urban scale + special residential services): min. 409 square metres (surface area not less than 5% of the residential G.L.P.)
  • Public open space (spaces for public use, excluding surface parking areas): min. sq. m. 4,020 of which permeable open space (water permeable surfaces): min. sq. m. 2,010
  • Accessory and guest parking spaces: min. sq.m. 2,730 (surface area not less than 33.3% of the residential L.S.P. - art.2 Law 122/1989 -, of which at least 33.3% underground parking)
  • Parking spaces dedicated to commerce.
